Shipments and returns

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY:
Our policy provides for a 14-day deadline for returns. After 14 days from the delivery date, we will not offer any refund or product change.

Items will be eligible for return only if unused, undamaged and in the same condition as when delivered. They shall also come in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for return purposes.

Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to reasons beyond our control, shall not be accepted or refunded.

Items returned later than 14 days from the date of delivery shall not be accepted.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, we will proceed with the refund and the amount will be automatically credited to your card or original payment method within a few days.

LATE OR OUTSTANDING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be registered.
Then contact your bank, as it often needs some time for a refund to be registered.

SHIPMENT
Product to return must be shipped to the following address: Above 59 Srl ℅ I.T.L. Srl, Via Pirelli Giovanni Battista, 14 – 62012 CIVITANOVA MARCHE (MC) Italy.

The shipping costs to return an item will be on your charge and are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs will not be included in the refunded amount.

If you need to ship an item whose value is higher than €75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Customers are responsible for all returns arranged without our return service and made at their own expense.

SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from order confirmation email receipt. You will receive a notification on orders dispatch.

SHIPPING COSTS
Orders shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Above 59 Srl is not held liable for these additional charges, which are on your charge as a customer.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 10 days from receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at clientservice@brema-1969.com specifying your name and order number, so that we can check the reason why.

Should an item dispatched by us be damaged in any way, please inform us immediately at clientservice@brema-1969.com, specifying your order number and attaching a photo showing the item conditions . We usually handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
