HISTORY OF NAVY-BLUE, THE MOST ARISTOCRATIC OF ALL COLORS

Navy-blue is inspired by the colors of the ocean and the night sky on a clear evening. Its origins come from the sea: it has been the official color of British Navy uniforms since 1748. A choice resulting from practical needs: this particularly saturated hue, in fact, resists fading due to sun and saltiness much more than other colors. A symbol of harmony and balance, the navy-blue color has the power to relax by conveying a feeling of emotional well-being, in addition to being very elegant. These were some of the reasons why navy-blue has always been the basic color for Brema since the 1970s, a hue that best represents and distinguishes us, as BREMA has always preferred colors to black.
