REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Our policy provides a 14-day return period. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order for the item to be eligible for return, it must be unused, intact and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for return purposes.
Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to reasons beyond our control, shall not be accepted or refunded.
Items returned later than 14 days from the date of delivery shall not be accepted.
To make a return, fill out the form below specifying your name, surname, email addresses used during purchase and the P.O. number.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, we will process your refund and the amount will automatically be credited to your card or original method of payment within a few days.
LATE OR UNPROCESSED REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time for a refund to be posted.

SHIPPING
To make a return, send the product to the following address: I.T.L. Srl, via Gobetti, 146 – 62012 CIVITANOVA MARCHE (MC).
The shipping costs for the return of the item will be at your expense and are not refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refunded amount.
If you need to ship an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
Customers are responsible for all returns arranged without our return service and made at their own expense.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when we ship your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Orders shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Above 59 Srl is not responsible for these additional charges, which are your responsibility as a customer.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at clientservice@brema-1969.com specifying your name and order number. We will carry out the necessary checks.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please notify us as soon as possible at clientservice@brema-1969.com with your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory resolution.
